General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Easy-Parking Terms and Conditions of Sale — Version in force as of 28/01/2026.

Any communication, complaint or request relating to these Terms and Conditions of Sale must be addressed exclusively to the following address: reservation@easy-parking.com.

Article 1 – Purpose and scope

Easy-Parking operates a valet and parking service, consisting exclusively of taking charge of, driving, parking and returning the vehicles entrusted by its customers, as well as offering, on express request, ancillary services such as washing or routine vehicle maintenance.
Easy-Parking does not carry out any activity as a garage, repairer or vehicle diagnostician.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") define the terms applicable to any service provided by Easy-Parking. Any booking implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 – Booking terms

Bookings may be made via the Easy-Parking website, by telephone, or through a third-party website, application or booking platform.
Any booking constitutes a firm and final contract.
The applicable rates are those displayed at the time of booking. A surcharge may be applied for oversized, specific or high-end vehicles.

Article 3 – Taking charge of the vehicle

When the vehicle is handed over, a handover report is drawn up jointly, including the condition of the vehicle, photographs and the recorded mileage. The Customer acknowledges that this report is authoritative.
The vehicle is then driven by an Easy-Parking valet to a secure partner car park.

Article 4 – Customer's obligations

The Customer declares that they are the owner of the vehicle or duly authorised to dispose of it, that the vehicle is insured and that the insurance authorises driving by a third party, that the vehicle is in normal working order and fit to be driven, and that no known defect is likely to impair its operation.

Article 5 – Easy-Parking's obligations

Easy-Parking undertakes to drive the vehicle only as required for the service, to use the vehicle in a normal manner consistent with its intended purpose, and to return the vehicle to the Customer or the authorised person.
Easy-Parking has taken out insurance covering exclusively material bodywork damage occurring during the period of custody.

Article 6 – Return of the vehicle

The vehicle is returned at the agreed place and time. A return inspection report is drawn up. Any claim made after the signing of this report is inadmissible. Easy-Parking's obligations end upon the actual return of the vehicle.

Article 7 – Liability

7.1 Nature of the obligation

Easy-Parking acts exclusively as a valet and parking service and is bound only by an obligation of means, excluding any obligation of mechanical result.

7.2 Principle

Easy-Parking's liability can only be engaged in the event of proven fault, directly attributable to Easy-Parking or one of its staff, occurring during the period of custody. The burden of proof lies exclusively with the Customer.

7.3 Exclusions

Easy-Parking cannot be held liable in particular for mechanical, electronic or electrical breakdowns or failures, maintenance defects, normal wear, hidden defects, warning lights or alert messages revealed after return, or breakdowns resulting from a pre-existing or latent weakness. The occurrence of a breakdown after return does not, on its own, constitute proof of fault by Easy-Parking.

7.4 Driving

Any breakdown occurring during normal driving, even if it reveals a vehicle failure, cannot be treated as a fault by Easy-Parking.

7.5 Other exclusions

Also excluded are items left in the vehicle, theft or damage by third parties, bad weather or natural events, punctures or loss of pressure, and use of the vehicle by an unauthorised third party.

7.6 Limitation

Easy-Parking's possible liability is strictly limited to direct material damage, within the limits of the insurance cover taken out.

Article 8 – Bookings via third-party platforms

When the booking is made through a third-party website, application or booking platform, acting as an intermediary, whatever its commercial or legal name, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the terms of payment, cancellation, modification and refund fall exclusively within the remit of the platform used, that no refund may be required or granted by Easy-Parking, and that any service that has begun is due in full.

Article 9 – Price and payment

Services are payable in cash. Failing full payment, the vehicle cannot be returned. The costs incurred for keeping the vehicle remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 10 – Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Nice.

Article 11 – Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable regulations. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase and object to their data.
